PART II: Skin Care and Type
Cleaning the Skin

Unfortunately, most people over-cleanse their skin, stripping it of natural oils. For that reason, bar soap should be avoided and gentler cleansers used. Unless you have oily skin, you should only clean your face once per day, at night, removing make-up, toning when applicable, and moisturizing. In the morning, a rinse with cool water or a splash of toner is all that's necessary.
